In this special solo concert Roman multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter Chiara Civello will present some of the most iconic and famous Italian songs covered throughout her career – timeless pieces by Ennio Morricone, Vasco Rossi and Sergio Endrigo – together with more recent compositions from her own, unique repertoire.

Neither a pop nor a jazz artist, Chiara Civello divides her time between Italy, the United States and Brazil. She has six albums under her belt, an appearance at the Sanremo Festival and many international collaborations. Her music could be defined by a series of oxymorons: natural and sophisticated, global and Italian.
Trained in Boston and New York, she came into contact with musicians such as Burt Bacharach and Tony Bennett, who called her as ‘the best jazz singer of her generation‘. In Brazil she found another home collaborating with Chico Buarque, Ana Carolina, Maria Gadù, Gilberto Gil and Daniel Jobim.
Chiara latest release “Sempre così“, written with the Poet Patrizia Cavalli, was included in the short movie “This is how a child becomes a poet” by Céline Sciamma and was presented at the Venice Film Festival in September 2023.
