Call for interest to collaborate for the organization and planning of events
The Italian Cultural Institute in Los Angeles, as part of its mission to promote to the external public, organizes cultural and artistic events, which are both promotional and informational in nature, and usually involve high level institutional partners.
In order to successfully complete this task, the Institute welcomes proposals by public or private entities who would like to make monetary contributions or supply their goods and/ or services free of charge or at a discounted rate and participate and sponsor several events at the Institute in exchange for the publication of their logo on invitations and other advertising material related to the event (posters, catalogs, newsletters).
Parties wishing to collaborate with the Institute can express their interest by sending an email to iicla@esteri.it. The email should include contact details and any relevant information related to their proposal. This notice is not binding. The Institute reserves the right to evaluate the feasibility of the proposal.
In the case the Institute is interested in the proposal, and requires additional information, the individual(s) will be contacted, during the planning phase of the events, with a tentative contract proposal, which will only be binding upon all parties final agreement and signature.
In accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Institute cannot accept proposals from individuals /entities whose activities would constitute a conflict of interest, harm or damage the reputation of institutional activities or may be contrary to the general principles of the Italian law.
