Showcasing Italy and the Italian taste, the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is a yearly initiative developed to promote Italian culinary traditions and food-and-wine connoisseurship as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture.
The theme for 2022 is Conviviality, sustainability and innovation: the ingredients of Italian cuisine for people’s health and the protection of the planet.
Eataly Los Angeles in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Los Angeles, the Italian Cultural Institute with Lingua Viva, and the Create Cures Foundation present a special cooking class and a demonstration dinner
