Mattia Biagi is an Italian multimedia artist who currently lives and works in Los Angeles. No matter which media he is working on: marble, bronze, wood, ceramic, aluminum, watercolor, video, gesso or tar, his work is always around a very personal investigation on transformation and preservation, which had been the core of his work for the past 16 years. Mattia is mostly known for my signature work in TAR that has been part of public collections at the Mint Museum in North Carolina, Castello di Rivara in Turin (Italy), and numerous private collections in the US and Europe. His  work has been exhibited locally and internationally in Museums like the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, the Mint Museum in North Carolina and the Louvre in Dubai.Recently he became an ambassador of the famous whiskey Johnny Walker that artistically utilized his  BLACK TAR work as its symbol. The collaboration with Johnny Walker also includes the creation of 3 limited edition bottles, which received the best bottle-packaging award in the U.K.

Valerj Pobega is an Italian Avant-garde Fashion Designer, Creative Director and Artist from Alghero, Italy. Her upbringing was under the care of her artist mother and father. While modeling for prestigious Couture houses in Rome and Milan to build her foundation, Valerj frequented Art school, and from there came naturally the decision to use her fabrics and garments as canvases to paint on. Since its 2008 debut — her Avant-Garde conceptual collection is entirely designed, cut, sewn and the silk fabrics hand-painted by Valerj herself, in numbered collectable limited editions, crossing that fine line of what is usually considered Art or Fashion. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Elle, WWD, and Variety, among others. She has also created one-of-a-kind stage and screen garments for such icons as Madonna, Shirley Manson, Ozzy Osbourne, Beyoncé, and Lady Gaga, for her Golden Globe- winning role as the Countess in American Horror Story: Hotel. Valerj is also the mind behind the way she presents her work, as she creates and art-directs all photo campaigns, videos, dance or theatrical performances to showcase her work, as for her is not just about the clothes, but rather she wants to immerse the spectators into the world that inspired each of her different collections. LACMA Museum in Los Angeles has recently acquired two of Valerj’ s hand-painted gowns for their permanent collection. Valerj lives and works in Los Angeles.
