Italian Language Week in the World > TEO BOK – COME MUSICA: THE POWER OF MUSIC IN EDUCATION

TEO BOK

Come Musica – The Power of Music in Education is an initiative designed to promote the study of the Italian language through the universal language of music.

The protagonist is Teo Bok, a young singer-songwriter born in Milan, who is embarking on a North American tour that is taking him to meet students and teachers in schools, institutes, and universities where Italian is taught. Through listening to and analyzing some of the great classics of songwriting and performing original songs, Teo takes students on a musical journey that stimulates their curiosity about the Italian language and culture, encouraging learning in an engaging and creative way.

Teo Bok is a multifaceted artist who has been able to combine his European background with international influences. Born into an Italian-German family, he trained artistically from a very young age, participating in successful musicals such as The Lion King, Billy Elliot, and Peter Pan. After participating in television programs such as “The Voice Kids Germany” and “Sanremo Young,” he embarked on an artistic journey that led him to perform throughout Europe and Latin America, eventually moving to Miami, where he continues his career today.

With his intercultural experience, musical sensitivity, and ability to connect with younger audiences, Teo Bok is an artist capable of promoting Italian as a living, contemporary language. Come Musica is, in fact, an invitation to discover the formative power of music as a vehicle for emotion, knowledge, and dialogue.
