Orchestral Treasures

Maestro Carlo Ponti and the Los Angeles Virtuosi will perform with soprano Lisa Delan, who will grace anew with a performance of Samuel Barber’s emotional Knoxville: Summer of 1915. The concert will take place on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.

Mendhelssohn’s Violin Concert in d minor, featuring the dazzling artistry of violin solist YuEun Kim, concludes the Los Angeles Vitruosi orchestra’s fourth season in grand style at the theatre Raymond Kabbaz, complemented by musical works from Erik Satie and Sir Edward Elgar.

The 75-minute concert without intermission will take place at Theatre Raymond Kabbaz (10361 W. Pico Blvd., Los Angeles CA 90064 310-286-0553). The performance will feature a complimentary catered pre-concert reception and a no-host bar at 7:00pm. Individual tickets are $30 for adults and $15 for students.
