American Film Institute (AFI) Fest 2016

AFI Fest 2016   will screen several Italian films including the digitally restored masterpiece, THE EASY LIFE (Il Sorpasso) by Dino Risi and FRANCA: CHAOS AND CREATION, a biopic on fashion icon Franca Sozzani, legendary editor in chief of Vogue Italy for 28 years, directed by her son Francesco Carrozzini. Both events are part of the official AFI FEST presented by Audi program, as well as the World Cinema Masters in Conversation on November 17, between Director Gianfranco Rosi and Alberto Barbera, Director of the Venice International Film Festival.

The evening starts at 5:45 PM. Feature starts at 6:00 PM, followed by “World Masters in Conversation”: conversation with director Gianfranco Rosi and Alberto Barbera, director of the Venice International Film Festival.
