In 1986, Carlo Petrini founded the ArciGola Gastronomic Association in the tiny Italian town of Bra, near Turin. Three years later, in Paris he launched Slow Food, an international movement that helps the world in the quest for “farm-to-table” sustainability. Los Angeles premiere of Slow Food Story will be introduced by Alexandra Agajanian, co-leader of Slow Food Los Angeles.
