Cinema Little Italy: I, Harlequin by Giorgio Pasotti and Matteo Bini

Every Saturday night, all summer, Italian Films with English subtitles will be screened outdoors in San Diego Little Italy’s Amici Park amphitheater (Date and State streets) through August 27th.

Paolo, the host of a frivolous TV show, returns to his native Bergamo to be with his dying father, Giovanni. His father is a veteran of the classic form of acting, commedia dell’arte, and specializes in playing the Harlequin. Paolo has the opportunity to reconnect with his roots.

Tickets: suggested donation $5.
