On the occasion of the First Week of Italian Cuisine in the World the Institute and Lingua Viva in collaboration with Vinomatica.com present the second Wine Tasting Party.
After an outstanding opening of the series, our second meeting will feature some of the best Italian wines from Dario Stroppiana and Bocale. You are invited to sample truly the best of the best of what Italian vineyards produce today! We will explore two of the most exciting Ialian grape varieties, Nebbiolo & Sagrantino, and visit the regions they come from – Piedmont and Umbria.
We all know that wine is meant to be enjoyed with good company and food, so our Wine Tasting Party will also feature an array of salads and Italian appetizers (crostini), prepared by one of the top Italian eateries in Los Angeles.
