A cooking workshop held by the Piccolo Chef Foundation held at the Leaps’n’Boundz Foundation, which supports children and young adults with Down syndrome.
The lessons will be given by Chef Gino Campagna, co-founder of Piccolo Chef and regular guest on the reality show Born This Way, which has been on-air for two seasons on the American channel A&E and has won the prestigious Emmy television award.
The two workshops have the objective of promoting the Mediterranean Diet, the preparation of simple and healthy recipes, authenticity of ingredients and Italian dishes.
