Los Angeles Times Food Bowl

A major new annual food festival that will celebrate L.A.’s dynamic and influential food scene while promoting awareness about food waste and hunger. Hundreds of events throughout the city will showcase its culinary diversity and California’s produce through a unique and vibrant festival program.

Massimo Bottura, founder of three-Michelin-star Osteria Francescana in Modena and creator of Refettorio Ambrosiano, a soup kitchen conceived on the occasion of the Milan 2015 World’s Fair to turn food waste into meals for those in need, will be one of the special international guest chefs.
