Lecture by Milanese designer LUISA CEVESE

Milanese designer Luisa Cevese gives a lecture about the exhibit “I LOVE WASTE, WORKING WITH WASTE – Luisa Cevese e il progetto Riedizioni” at Phoenix Art Museum e Arizona State University.

Luisa Cevese is a textile designer based in Milano. She began designing textiles for fashion and interiors in 1984, providing work for companies such as Dolce&Gabbana, Hermès, Chanel, Maharam and Comme des Garçons.

In 1996, she founded Riedizioni, a design studio based in Italy where she re-appropriates post-production and postconsumer materials to create original and innovative fabrics, bags, accessories and home products
