Boundries of Belonging : Culture, Identity, and Narrative in South East Europe

The South East European Film Festival Los Angeles presents a Cultural and Literary Salon exploring contemporary artistic approaches to identity, nostalgia, and narrative representation. Using the conflict-ridden history of South East Europe as a springboard for a wide-ranging discussion, the diverse panel of specialists will offer perspectives on past and current issues of belonging.

Thomas Harrison, UCLA Professor Department of Italian and former Chair, discussing the director Federico Fellini. This year is the centenary of Fellini’s birth, look for more events about Federico Fellini from the IIC Los Angeles throughout 2020.
