Focus on the King of all Grapes: Barolo

A Learn & Dine Workshop on Piemonte presented with Eataly Los Angeles and Fontanafredda on the occasion of the 5th annual Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.

The interactive Live Zoom event will feature Eataly Chef Tommaso Iorio who will show how to prepare the perfect Butter sauce for Tajarin and talk about this typical dish from Piedmont. Chiara Destefanis from Fontanafredda will talk about Barolo, terroir, and the Langhe wine region.
