Course Description                                                                                                            

New Italian Espresso Texbook (Intermediate & Advanced) for English speakers, Alma Edizioni. Chapters 5–8. The grammatical structures include: present and past subjunctives; past perfect; combined pronouns; past conditional; agreement of moods. Communicative goals include: express hope, form hypotheses; invite someone to do something together; express one’s opinion; complain; express a preference; express emotions or moods; express a condition.

CILS B1 PREP CLASS

The Italian Cultural Institute of Los Angeles and Lingua Viva offer a preparation course for intermediate students who have to take the Italian citizenship or B1 regular exam.

Please note that previous knowledge of Italian at intermediate level is recommended to attend this course. Candidates at a lower level may contact us for other options.

Length of lessons: 2 hours

Total hours: 20 hours 

Number of students: minimum of 5, maximum of 12
