ALL INVITATIONS TO ATTEND EVENTS MUST BE RECEIVED DIRECTLY FROM THE INSTITUTE OR ITS AUTHORIZED PARTNERS.
Admittance Policy:
The Italian Cultural Institute is an Italian Government office.
Due to increased security enforced at all times, all people attending events must complete a reservation under their legal name (first and last) as per valid government issued photo ID.
NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT A RESERVATION AND VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID.
The Institute reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
Doors open to members at 6:00pm and reserved seats can only be held until 6:20pm. Members must display their valid membership card for priority entry.
Doors open to the general public at 6:20pm.
No entry is permitted after the event starts.
Only small personal items are allowed (no large items such as suitcases and backpacks).
PARKING ON THE PREMISES IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. Violators will be towed at their expense.
Registration:
You must enter your complete legal name and email address, and the complete legal name of your guest. Incomplete and incorrect information will be refused. Please allow a few minutes to receive your registration confirmation by email. If you will not be attending, please cancel your registration by emailing us at events.iicla@esteri.it
Your reservation is not a guarantee of a seat. Our venue has limited seating and guests will be accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis. Once maximum capacity has been reached, no further entrance is allowed for safety and security reasons. No exceptions will be made.
