Nothing short of extraordinary, Eugenio Bennato’s Taranta Power group finds its roots in the Tarantella, an ancient music and ritual dance of Southern Italy, revisited with a contemporary and international outlook, which carries the audience away in an explosively powerful cocktail.
A popular tale that eventually breaks into contemporary times and fascinates new generations, this concert titled "Vento popolare" merges southern music and new sounds. Through simple, enchanting and irresistible motifs, Bennato’s music leads into a journey touching on themes such as old and new migrations, peace, sharing, respect and brotherhood.
