4th Annual World Week of Italian Cuisine. The extraordinary Italian Taste

“Food Education: The Culture of Taste” is the theme of the fourth Week of Italian Cuisine in the World. The event launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation aims to promote quality Italian cuisine and our farm produce abroad, through seminars, conferences, meetings with chefs and cooking courses, tastings and dinners. Italian cuisine will also be described through art, film screenings, concerts and photographic exhibitions.
The Consulate General of Italy in Los Angeles and the Italian Cultural Institute of Los Angeles are going to promote Italy’s culinary tradition and gastronomic excellence as well as the Mediterranean diet as a healthy lifestyle and model of balanced nutrition, through a series of events in November organized at the Institute in Westwood.
